1. Fill out the online application and fax the necessary documents to lock in your loan. You always have the option of a variable rate mortgage, locking in the interest rate is not mandatory.

2. Your loan will be submitted for loan approval. Loan approval generally take between 24-48 hours. But we can give an instant approval in minutes rather than days.

3. We will make arrangements to have the property appraised. You may also use your own appraiser if you desire.

4. You will be notified about what mortgage loan documents that will be needed for your specific mortgage.

5. Your final mortgage documents will be drawn.

6. The final mortgage documents will be sent to you to sign and close.
